A customer recently told me that before he was on our program, he found himself making many trips to the discount store trying to solve lawn problems. He bought fertilizer several times a year. Then he had a mole cricket problem and went back for pesticide. Later he saw his grass turning yellow, and went back for iron. All along, he never knew if he was doing the right thing.
The trial and error approach is costly, and often yields inadequate results.
